WANG PAI PRECISION / MANUFACTURING
From casting to
the finished component.
Vacuum die casting, precision CNC machining and finishing considered together.
01 / DIE CASTING
Start with
the right geometry.
Aluminum and zinc alloy die casting creates the main form of the component.
Review the alloy, wall sections, parting line, ribs, bosses and openings with the tooling design. Vacuum die casting supports the production of parts where porosity and mechanical performance matter.
Specify the required material properties and any pressure, leak or structural tests with your drawing.

02 / CNC MACHINING
Precision at
every interface.
Secondary milling and turning define the critical faces and features of the casting.
Identify datums, fits, threads and sealing surfaces on the drawing. Review machining allowances and the inspection method before production.
Coordinate the casting design with the machining route so the finished component meets its dimensional requirements.
03 / FINISHING & ASSEMBLY
The final surface.
The complete part.
Define the surface treatment and delivery condition for the intended application.
Specify preparation, finish type, color and any functional or cosmetic acceptance criteria. Assembly requirements should identify purchased components, joints and verification checks.
